About Us
At Journey Health and Wellness, we understand that life is a journey filled with questions and uncertainties. Questions like, "Where am I going?" "Why am I going there?" "How did I get here?" "Where should I go?" "How do I get from here to there?" and "Why can’t I move forward?" are ones we all grapple with at various stages of our lives. It is our privilege to accompany you on your unique path as you explore, navigate, and embrace your personal journey.

So, what can you expect from our partnership? For some, it might involve gaining clarity on an existing diagnosis and identifying the most effective treatment strategies. For others, it could mean receiving a new diagnosis and working together to develop a tailored treatment plan that aligns with your individual goals.

At Journey Health and Wellness, our approach is rooted in a warm, professional, and empathetic collaboration. No matter where your journey takes you, we are committed to helping you forge your path with confidence, resilience, and self-awareness. We hope to provide guidance, support, and expertise every step of the way.

Treatments

Our Practice Areas

01

Psychiatric Evaluation (Initial Visit)

Your initial evaluation appointment is designed to help you discuss your questions and concerns in a confidential, understanding, and professional environment. Becky will share the ways Journey can partner with you as you determine your path. She will ask questions to help facilitate the conversation and listen carefully as you respond. At the end of the evaluation, time is given for collaboration in designing a treatment plan that will help address your needs and concerns with the goal of providing the best support for this phase of YOUR journey. Please allow up to 75 minutes for this visit.
02

Medication Management

Our medication management appointment is a 15-25 minute visit. During this visit we will evaluate the efficacy and continued need for the treatment plan established during our initial evaluation. Time is provided for you to ask questions and discuss any concerns. Becky will order testing, such as laboratory blood and/or urine tests appropriate to the condition or medication(s) prescribed. Referrals will be provided, as needed, for neuropsychological testing or consultation with another physician/provider/therapist.
03

Medication Management Plus

This 45-minute appointment is designed to provide the benefits of our medication management visit with the added space to dialogue about life's dilemmas. While this is not a replacement for traditional therapy, many patients find this extended visit helpful when facing life’s challenges. You can expect a calm and relaxed conversation where your voice and perspectives are heard; as well as counsel, advice, support, and encouragement. Clients note Becky’s relational and conversational style while drawing on her years of experience and education.
